"The ZugMongers" Weekend!
Chess Tournament- 6th and 7th August, 2011

Cyber Chess Academy has the pleasure to announce August Month's  "SBH The ZugMongers Weekend!" Chess Tournaments  The tournament will be conducted from 6th to 7th August  at Cyber Chess Academy Premises. This event will be held in association with Ranga Reddy District Chess Association and under the Aegis of AP Chess Association. MORE DETAILS OF THE TOURNAMENT.

 Rules and Regulations:

1.  The tournament is open for Boys and Girls aged between 05 and 16 years only .

2.  All entries should reach the Cyber Chess Academy by 01.00 PM on  6th August, 2011 . There will be a maximum of 7 rounds in this tournament.
First Round starts at 2.30 PM on 6th August,2011     
 
3. There will be prizes for top 3 players of the tournament along with prizes in each category.

4. For Entry and other details please contact  9959988766 or 40131669. Players can also register for the tournament by visiting www.cyberchessacademy.com. However, they should bring their registration copy and produce on that day.

5. Each participant must produce a valid certificate to prove his/her age.
6. This event will be played under World Chess Federation ( FIDE) Rules and the swiss System.

7. SESSION OF PLAY & TIME CONTROL: Time control of 50 minutes each + 30 Seconds increment per move with digital clocks and 60 mins for analog clocks.

8. TIE BREAK: Latest tie breaking rules will be applied.

9. PROTESTS: Protests, if any, against the decisions of the Chief Arbiter shall be made in writing at least within 15 minutes of the of the incident with a protest fee of Rs. 500/- which shall be refunded if appeal is upheld. The decision of the Tournament Director/Chief Arbiter/ appeals committee shall be FINAL and BINDING on all the participants.

10. Academy has the right to reject any Entry without giving any reason there of

“The ZUGMONGERS” weekend tournament is thrown open to boys and girls below aged 16. This tournament is sponsored by State Bank Of Hyderabad to unearth local talent and to help them become national and international players. This event is organized by cyber chess academy at its premises in diamond point, Secunderabad.
